2. Collection and storage of personal data
When you visit our website, information of a general nature is automatically recorded (server log files). This includes: IP address (anonymised), date and time of the request, name and URL of the accessed file, the website from which access is made (referrer URL), the browser used, and, if applicable, the operating system of your computer.
This data is processed to ensure the technical operation and to improve our website. This data is not combined with other data sources. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).
3. Newsletter
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we process your email address and — if provided — your name for the purpose of sending the newsletter.
Processing is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future by sending an email to datenschutz@finaxum.de or by using the unsubscribe link in the newsletter.
Your data will be stored for the duration of the subscription and deleted within 30 days of unsubscribing.
4. Enquiries and contact forms
If you contact us by email or via a contact form, the data you provide (name, email address, message) will be stored by us for the purpose of processing your enquiry and in case of follow-up questions.
We will not share this data without your consent. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of contract/pre-contractual measures).
5. Data transfers
Your personal data will not be transferred to third parties unless this is legally permitted or required, necessary for the performance of a contract, or you have expressly consented.
We use the following processors, all of whom act in compliance with GDPR:
– Supabase Inc. (database hosting, USA — Standard Contractual Clauses)
– Cloudflare Inc. (CDN/DNS, USA — EU-US Data Privacy Framework)
6. Cookies
Our website uses only technically necessary cookies that are required for the operation of the website. No tracking cookies or advertising cookies are used.
You can prevent the storage of cookies by adjusting your browser settings accordingly. Please note, however, that in this case you may not be able to use all functions of this website to their full extent.
